Alexander and Hibner traveled to Puerto Rico from Washington, D.C. and spent Wednesday, January 31 visiting activities managed by the Recovery Field Office(RFO)-Puerto Rico including an in-brief at the RFO, a walkthrough of the Los Alamos debris site, a stop at the Dorado Emergency Field Office, and an orientation on the Fort Buchanan ISB.
