180401-N-PH222-0051 PACIFIC OCEAN (April 1, 2018) Sailors assigned to San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and Marines assigned to 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) gather for a Easter Sunday Service on the ship’s forecastle. Anchorage is underway with 13th MEU for an amphibious squadron and MEU integration (PMINT) exercise. PMINT is a training evolution between Essex Amphibious Ready Group and 13th MEU, which allows Sailors and Marines to train as a cohesive unit in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
