Seaman Patrick Stokes, hospital corpsman of Battalion Landing Team 2/7 of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, explains to the U.S. ambassador to Australia, Jeffrey Bleich, the type of gear he carries as a field corpsman during a visit to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown. Germantown, commanded by Cmdr. A.D. Hull, is participating in exercise Talisman Sabre 2011, a bilateral command post and field training exercise designed to maintain a high level of interoperability between U.S. and Australian forces.
