DAHLGREN, Va. (April 26, 2018) – Willie Crank holds the Award of Excellence for Analysis moments after receiving it from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) leadership at the command’s annual honor awards ceremony. Crank was recognized for his contributions to mission analysis. His efforts in identifying critical warfighting gaps and recognizing potential solutions have been essential to the Navy’s Assessment Division in executing the Navy Analytic Agenda and informing top level investment decisions, according to the citation.
