DAHLGREN, Va. (April 26, 2017) – Cathy Borisuk holds the Dr. James Colvard Award moments after receiving it at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Annual Honor Awards ceremony. Borisuk was recognized for outstanding leadership, integrity, and contributions to furthering the NSWCDD reputation as a technical institution. Her undaunted dedication, outstanding efforts, and diligent pursuit of technical excellence has resulted in the advancement of NSWCDD as a leader in systems engineering and integration, and upheld the highest standards of public service, according the citation.
