Shannon Baird, a performance enhancement specialist with the Comprehensive Soldier Fitness-Performance and Resilience Enhancement Program who has worked for the past six months with B Company to assist in increasing the performance of its soldiers and their methods “ both mentally and physically" for preparing themselves for any task, spent each day in the field with the company prepping it for each training task the night before.
