Soldiers from Medical Department Activity-Fort Carson and the Warrior Transition Battalion march across Founders Field during the unit’s change of command ceremony May 22. Outgoing commander, Col. Patrick M. Garman relinquished his command to Col. Eric S. Edwards. Regional Health Command-Central Commander Maj. Gen. Thomas R. Tempel, Jr., along with the 4th Infantry Division Band and the Fort Carson Mounted Color Guard, also participated in the ceremony to honor Garman and welcome Edwards.
