Col. Eric S. Edwards, commander, Evans Army Community Hospital, addresses guests at the unit’s change of command ceremony held May 22 at Founders Field. Edwards took command of the hospital from Col. Patrick M. Garman during the ceremony. While Edwards and his family recently arrived to Fort Carson, he served here previously as a private first class and then as a second lieutenant.
