Kim Garman hands a basket of apples to Spc. Autumn Eachlr, Fort Carson Mounted Color Guard, during the Evans Army Community Hospital change of command ceremony May 22 at Founders Field. During the ceremony, Col. Patrick M. Garman relinquished his command to Col. Eric S. Edwards. Kim Garman was also recognized with the Department of the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Award for her work with Tumbleweeds at the Mountain Post, a center for artistic and creative endeavors.
