Todd Gibbons, with 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force, briefs his Marines after a quick reaction force drill aboard the SS Curtiss Sept. 10, 2018, in preperation for exercise Valiant Shield.Valiant Shield is a biennial, U.S.-only field training exercise (FTX) with a focus on integration of joint training among U.S. forces in relation to current operational plans.
