Sgt. Andres E. Auad places chicken into the rotisserie in preparation for the new Oki Rotisserie Baked Chicken served during dinner hours at the Kinser Mess Hall Dec. 19. Other mess hall concepts are the Oki Sub, found at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma Mess Hall, the Oki Burrito, found at the Camp Foster Mess Hall and the Oki Pizza for meal cardholders, which can be found at the Camp Hansen Mess Hall. Auad is a subsistence chief with Food Services.
