Sgt. Andres E. Auad and Staff Sgt. Quincy Clark tie the legs of chickens together before placing them into the rotisserie at the Kinser Mess Hall Dec. 19. Before serving hours, the food service Marines prepare the chicken and season each of them prior to placing them into the rotisserie. Auad is a subsistence chief and Clark is a quality assurance evaluator. Both are with Food Services.
