    Iowa Air National Guard Master Sgt. Dayrl Newman and Airman 1st Class Mark Van Voorst, 185th Air Refueling Wing Repair and Reclamation shop stand on the tail section of a U.S. Air Force KC-135 as they get ready to tilt the aircrafts tail back up in the unit’s main hangar in Sioux City, Iowa on March 22, 2019. Because of structural damage to the aircraft’s rudder the tail needed to be removed in order to install a new rudder.
