SAN ANTONIO – (April 25, 2019) Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, presented Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship checks to three high school seniors totaling $540,000 during Navy Day at the Alamo. Other activities conducted during Navy Day were future Sailors’ oath of enlistment, a display of Navy Corpsmen from Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC), demonstrations from Master-at-Arms Sailors and military working dogs (MWD) of Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC) Lackland, funeral honors by Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) San Antonio, along with a color guard provided by Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC) Texas.
