    SAN DIEGO (Sept. 19, 2019) Dr. Matthew Carty, MD, Director ay Lower Extremity Transplant Program Brigham and Women's Hospital, speaks at the Project C.A.R.E (Comprehensive Advanced Restorative Effort) and FAAST (Federal Advanced Amputation Skills Training) about advanced in amputation techniques and somatotopic configuaration of distal residual limb, at the Project CARE and FAAST summit, Sept. 19.
