A Technical Survey is a part of a continuous process of gathering, processing and analyzing of data, which enables the overall reassessment of mine situation. U.S. Army South deployed a team of soldiers to Ecuador for a two-week long course as part of the Subject Matter Expert Exchange program sponsored by USSOUTHCOM, in which they exchange techniques and ideas to improve their workflow and knowledge.
