A technician from the Ifras Water Center in Erbil, Iraq, adjusts the water intake settings according to the new operations and maintenance protocol introduced by the USAID IGPA/Takamul Project. IGPA supports the Water Directorates across Iraq provinces and in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to better respond to citizens’ urgent call for stable potable water services by re-engineering the water system’s workflow and operations.
