Technicians from the Erbil Electricity Directorate restore power to households in Iraq's Shaqlawa District. The USAID IGPA/Takamul Project provides a bundle of technical assistance to the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Ministry of Electricity to update the transmission and bulk distribution master plan, improve the customer subscription process for electricity services, and standardize the electrical materials and distribution equipment in transmission stations.
