Lt. Gen. Bashkim Jashari, commander of the Kosovo Security Force, greets Col. Todd Miller, operations group commander of the 132d Wing, Iowa Air National Guard, during Iowa State University’s first international cyber competition May 18, 2022. The Iowa Air National Guard’s 168th Cyberspace Operations Squadron partnered with the Kosovo Security Force and invited several educational institutions throughout Kosovo to participate virtually. ISU has hosted regular cyber competitions since 2005 to allow Iowa students across the state to test their knowledge under stress.
