JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (July 19, 2022) (left to right) U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Joshua M. Rudd, outgoing commander of U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), U.S. Navy Adm. John Aquilino, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Jeromy B. Williams, incoming commander, participate in the SOCPAC change of command ceremony aboard the USS Missouri. During the ceremony, Rudd was relieved by Williams as SOCPAC commander. SOCPAC is committed to strengthening our foundation, relationships, and interoperability with our partners and Allies, while maintaining flexibility to respond rapidly to emerging threats in support of a free and open IndoPacific.
