JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (July 19, 2022) U.S. Navy Adm. John Aquilino, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, salutes sideboys during the U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) change of command ceremony aboard the USS Missouri. During the ceremony, U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Joshua M. Rudd was relieved by U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Jeromy B. Williams as SOCPAC commander. SOCPAC is committed to strengthening our foundation, relationships, and interoperability with our partners and Allies, while maintaining flexibility to respond rapidly to emerging threats in support of a free and open IndoPacific.
