JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (July 19, 2022) U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Joshua M. Rudd, outgoing commander of U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), salutes sideboys during the SOCPAC change of command ceremony aboard the USS Missouri. During the ceremony, Rudd was relieved by U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Jeromy B. Williams as SOCPAC commander.
