USAID’s Visit Tunisia program implemented workshops in Gabes, Kairouan, Tozeur, and Tabarka, Tunisia, with the help of 300 artisans — who are recognized as tradition bearers who keep a cultural practice alive from one generation to the next — to support them in creating touristic experiences around gastronomy, craft, music, dance, and storytelling. 30 key experiences will be selected among the participants for intensive market readiness and grant support.
