    Mr. Tim Disher, Director of International Programs, gave DPAA leadership a tour of King Hall the dining facility for the Brigade of Midshipmen, which serves over 4,000 midshipmen at one time for dinner at 392 tables spread over a 55,000-square-foot area, in Annapolis, Maryland, Aug. 16, 2023.

    DPAA leadership explored the U.S. Naval Academy campus, and held productive discussions with Mr. Tim Disher, Director of International Programs, and Dr. Maria (MJ) Pallotta, Director of the Center for Experiential Leadership Development (ELD), LEAD Division. Their focus: revitalizing the Midshipman Short Term Individual Augmentee (STIA) program for upcoming DPAA recovery missions.
