    The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Deputy Director of Operations, U.S. Marine Corps Col. Matt Brannen, Senior Enlisted Advisor, U.S. Army SGM Anthony Worsley, U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Christine Abercrombie and U.S. Army CPT Dave Kim posed in a group photo with Mr. Tim Disher, Director of International Programs after touring the U.S. Naval Academy campus in Annapolis, Maryland, Aug. 16, 2023.

    During this visit, DPAA leadership explored the campus, and held productive discussions with Mr. Tim Disher, Director of International Programs, and Dr. Maria (MJ) Pallotta, Director of the Center for Experiential Leadership Development (ELD), LEAD Division. Their focus: revitalizing the Midshipman Short Term Individual Augmentee (STIA) program for upcoming DPAA recovery missions.
