Emile Giguere, 86th Agile Combate Employment wing multi-capable airmen and CASPER, and Staff Sgt. Braden Crabtree, 86th OSS air traffic control complex watch supervisor and CASPER, work together to raise a container delivery system with a pallet jack in support of Aviation Detachment Rotation 23-4, Sept. 13, 2023.
