U.S. Air Force Airmen 1st Class Kevin Wills, 1st Combat Communications Squadron infrastructure technician, works with air traffic controllers to provide command and control communications over tactical data links at 33rd Air Base, Poland, during Aviation Detachment Rotation 23-4, Sept. 18, 2023. ADR provides the U.S. with an environment to exercise quickly receiving and integrating forces alongside allies and partners while testing communication skills and systems such as Link 16.
