Chief Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) Romulo Domasing is pinned by fellow chief petty officers (CPO) the FY 13 CPO pinning ceremony held on the forecastle of guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89). Mustin inducted six CPO's into the chief's mess, who received their gold anchors after senior leadership spoke about the significance of the insignia, the title and the responsibility of the promotion. Mustin is forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan as part of Destroyer Squadron 15 and is currently on patrol in the Western Pacific.
