WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. (Jan. 23, 2024) - Students at Mt. Greylock High School pose for a photo just before their first Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) club meeting. Employees from U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Program's Project Management Office for Shipboard Systems (SPS) sponsor and mentor the students from Mount Greylock. SSP STEM Outreach mentors will oversee students’ development of a robot that will have specific requirements including ability to pick a foam ring off the floor; shoot the foam rings into a goal a few feet off the ground; or deliver them into something resembling a mail slot.
