A local worker assisting a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), builds a reservoir with an excavator during a DPAA recovery operation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, March 7, 2024. A reservoir is built to contain sediment and filter water sources during wet screen operations where all soil is washed through wire mesh with high-pressure hoses to find any potential osseous material, life support equipment or material evidence.
