A Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) US-2 pilot with Air Rescue Squadron 71, communicates with the co-pilot during a touch-and-go demonstration for U.S. Marines and Sailors with Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 12, 1st Marine Air Wing (MAW), III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), MAG-13, 3rd MAW, I MEF, and Carrier Air Wing 5, Carrier Strike Group 5, Flagship USS Ronald Reagan, over the Pacific Ocean, June 26, 2024. Marines and Sailors observed JASDF personnel as they performed search and rescue, disaster relief, and touch-and-go drills.
