LITTLETON, Co. (Aug. 8, 2024) – Vice Adm. Johnny R. Wolfe Jr., director of U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) (right); Commanding Officer Capt. Michael Woehrman (middle); and incoming commanding officer Cmdr. Christopher Tilley (left) participate in a change of command for SSP’s Project Management Office for Flight Systems (SPF) Thursday. Cmdr. Tilley, the former Weapons Officer at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, took command from Capt. Woehrman during the ceremony, which marks longstanding tradition of passing leadership responsibilities in the Navy.
