LITTLETON, Co. (Aug. 8, 2024) – Cmdr. Christopher Tilley (right) Commanding Officer for Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Project Management Office for Flight Systems (SPF) relieves Capt. Michael Woehrman (left), SPF's former commanding officer during a change of command ceremony Thursday. Cmdr. Christopher Tilley was the former Weapons Officer at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific and assumed command at SPF during the ceremony which marks longstanding tradition of passing leadership responsibilities in the Navy.
