Staff Sgt. Samuel A. Beltram, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, demonstrates how piles of trash can be used to hide improvised explosive devices during a training exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 7, 2013. The most noticeable pile of garbage turned out to be a decoy for a less noticeable sack of simulated explosives located behind Beltram.
