Beltram, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, reveals a simulated explosive vest hidden under his uniform during a training exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 7, 2013.
