A technician with 2nd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group pulls up a wire leading to a simulated improvised explosive device at the unit’s training site aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 7, 2013. A group of Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 22, 2nd MLG used located the device after probing the area with an elongated sickle, which snagged a portion of the wire.
