Staff Sgt. Samuel A. Beltram, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, points out an “ant trail” where a wire was buried for a simulated improvised explosive device used during a training session aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 7, 2013. EOD technicians laid out several clues for a group of approximately 25 Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 22, 2nd MLG who were tasked with locating each threat during the training.
