Gina Griffith, clinical pharmacology fellow in Experimental Therapeutics, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, moderate a breakout session about next generation vaccines to enhance Warfighter readiness at the annual Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) conference, Kissimmee, Florida, August 27, 2024. MHSRS, which is the Department of Defense’s premier military medical science research conference, was attended by over 4,000 people from the military, academia, private industry, and international organizations. Many researchers from WRAIR shared their research during breakout sessions and poster sessions, with four of them winning first place, second place, third place, and honorable mention for their posters.
