Rainey Emerson (right), S3 officer in charge both with the Division Sustainment Troop Battalion, all practice preparing an M3, 84-mm Recoilless Rifle anti-tank weapon for firing during the weapon lane of the Expert Infantryman Badge, Expert Soldier Badge, and Expert Field Medical Badge (E3B) training at Fort Drum, New York, from Sept. 16-29, 2004. To receive a GO at this station, they must prepare an M3 for firing, perform immediate action procedures for a misfire and unload an M3 all within a minute.
