An Iraqi worker unloads 100-pound bag of seed from a truck at the Rawdwiniya Neighborhood Area Council facility Aug. 9. The workers unloaded 6 trucks that afternoon for distribution the next morning. The civil military operations cell of the 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, worked with the local neighborhood council to provide the areas farmers with almost 100 tons of new seed and fertilizer. The areas farmland is fairly rich, but due to the economic sanctions placed on the Saddam Hussein regime, getting new seed and fertilizer was impossible. (U.S. Army photo by Cpl.
