Soldiers with the 101st Sustainment Brigade, Task Force Lifeliners, Joint Forces Command – United Assistance, sing holiday carols on Christmas Eve at Camp Buchanan, Buchanan, Liberia, Dec. 24, 2014. The carolers strolled throughout the camp singing songs and wishing their fellow Soldiers a happy holiday. The Lifeliners held numerous events throughout the week to celebrate the holiday season. Task Force Lifeliner is the logistical element deployed to Liberia in support of Operation United Assistance. United Assistance is a Department of Defense operation in Liberia to provide logistics, training and engineering support to U.S. Agency for International Development-led efforts to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in western Africa.
