Illinois Lt. Gov. Evelyn Sanguinetti, left, and Arlington Heights Mayor Tom Hayes, center, meet Sgt. 1st Class Joe Jones, U.S. Army 'Golden Knights' team leader for their Tandem Team, during a Tandem Camp in Ottawa, Illinois, Aug. 12. Sanguinetti and Hayes were there among 12 other participants participating in a tandem jump. Participants jumped from a height of 13,000 feet at Sky Dive Chicago. The 'Golden Knights', based at Fort Bragg, N.C., offered local Chicago land educators, media, and government officials the opportunity to experience jumping from a plane, rushing 2.5 miles to the ground at 120 miles per hour. Golden Knights' Tandem Team will accompany their Demonstration Team at the Chicago Air and Water Show on Saturday, Aug. 15 and Sunday, Aug. 16.
