A drill instructor of India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, checks to see if a recruit labeled his uniform properly during a series commander inspection at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Feb. 8. Recruits are taught to label their items and uniforms to be able to keep track of them more easily. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate March 11.
