A technician at the Civilian Marksmanship Program facility in Anniston, Ala., fills an air cylinder for a pellet rifle that will be used at the 2016 JROTC National Air Rifle Championship that gathers the best shooters from all over the nation. 56 Teams from 73 schools as well as numerous individual shooters representing all four U.S. Forces shot their way through various local and regional competitions in order to qualify for this culminating event March 17-19.
