A Kyrgyz girl presents flowers and balloons to Command Chief Master Sgt. James Dowell, the enlisted leader of the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, during a Victory Day ceremony in Manas Village May 9, 2010. This day marks the end of World War II and the Nazi regime in 1945. During the event, four living veterans from Manas were honored, and a memorial wall was unveiled with about 50 names etched in stone of village patriots who died during the war.
