Blaine Holt, the director of the Transit Center at Manas, observe a moment of silence for the members of Manas Village who gave their lives in service to their country in the Great Patriotic War (World War II) during a Victory Day ceremony in Manas, May 9, 2010. During the event, a memorial wall was unveiled with about 50 names etched in stone of Manas patriots who died during the war.
