Command Chief Master Sgt. James Dowell, the enlisted leader of the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, presents certificates for the Kyrgyz flag which was flown over Afghanistan during a combat mission supporting Operation Enduring Freedom to decorated veterans of the Great Patriotic War (World War II) during a Victory Day celebration in Manas Village May 9, 2010. During the event, a memorial wall was unveiled with about 50 names etched in stone of village patriots who died during the war.
