161003-N-OI810-130 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 3, 2016) Petty Officer 2nd Class Kevin Grimm, from St. Petersburg, Florida, assigned to the "Dambusters" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 195, uses a linkless ammunition loading system to load high-explosive incendiary rounds into an M61A2 20mm Gatling gun of an F/A-18E Super Hornet on the flight deck of the Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The M61A2 has a fire rate up to 6,000 rounds per minute. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group Five (CSG 5) flagship, is on patrol supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
