Army Command Sgt. Maj. Orlando Santiago, command sergeant major, 1st Mission Support Command, conducts final roll call during a memorial service dedicated to Army Maj. Gen. Francisco A. Espaillat April 14, 2017, at First United Methodist Church in Oviedo, Fla. Espaillat, who commanded the 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) from 2014-2016, selected Santiago to serve as the 143d ESC’s command sergeant major.
