(July 28, 2017) Girls Day Out attendees use solar eclipse viewing glasses to look at the sun after College of Charleston faculty members shared information about the upcoming eclipse. This and other activities helped educate and attract rising 8th and 9th grade girls to pursue science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers.
